DISTRIBUTION OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS - 1000 EUR

EXHIBITION SPACE - 500 EUR/m2

  • The minimum size of the exhibition space is 2 m2 (installation of stretcher and "penguin" is possible in the specified square footage).

All stated prices of sponsorship packages are net prices and 25% VAT is added to them.

Due to the limited number of symposiums and exhibition space, we recommend registering as soon as possible(reservations are accepted according to the order of applications and payments "first come-first served").

* The symposium program will be included in the final program, and the organizer reserves the right to limit the last number of symposia.

** The presentation of the company's offer must be accepted by the scientific committee.

FEES:

  • 150 euros - until June 10, 2023
  • 200 euros - from 11.06.2023. until 31.08.2023.
  • 250 euros - from 01.09. until 30.09.2023.
  • 300 euros - from 01.10. until the closing of applications = filling the capacity of the congress.

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • congressional accreditation
  • certificate of participation
  • scoring HKZR – Vocational class for ZRTD
